Scott is the founder of F Street, an investment company that includes a number of industry vertical investments, including real estate, lending, and emerging technology markets.
After graduating from George Washington University, Scott returned home to Milwaukee in 2004 and began investing in real estate. Since then, he’s created a number of investment-specific portfolios using the F Street brand.
As the head of F Street, Scott has been the driving force behind the growth of the company and continues to look for new investments that meet his stringent criteria, while focusing on helping to improve the communities where he invests.
Scott has been featured in a number of publications, including the Journal Sentinel, Milwaukee Business Journal, Milwaukee Biz Times, and more. He’s been a guest on podcasts, as well as featured in a variety of video segments and interviews.

Since launching F Street’s private lending business, The Hard Money Co., the brand has continued to expand it’s reach into new markets and states. In 2024, F Street Investments lent over $70 million to real estate investors.

Our fastest-growing division of F Street, we’ve more than doubled our development efforts in the past year and we are currently working on projects nearing $500 Million. Our projects to-date have provided substantial returns for our investment network and we continue to provide opportunities for future investing.
